Xiaomi Note 4G Review: from my lenses.

Xiaomi has already created a market by selling the Redmi 1s phones in huge numbers. Because of the court Injunction the original Note is not available, but now the Redmi Note 4G has been launched in India by Xiaomi which has a slight edge over the original note and by far the best phone at that price. I am saying this not because I have got one recently and I want to advocate it.

Specs: A neat 5.5inch Display, 720*1280 pixels, 1.7GHz Mediatek MT6592 Octa core CPU, 2GB Ram, 8 GB Internal memory, 64 GB external memory, 5 MP front and 13 MP rear cameras, Android 4.4.2 KITKAT with MIUI and a powerful 3200mAH Battery.FullSizeRender(3)

Do you need 4G? : Depends. I mean if you change phones every 3-6 months you can get a 4G anytime, but a person like me who sticks to a phone till it dies, it may not be easy to go around with a 2G or a 3G phone when the entire nation would be going ahead with 4G. Since 4G is the coming thing and in the next 1-2 years, all providers and cities would be covered, it would be a smart move to buy a 4G compatible phone today rather than look for upgrades or changes after a year. Also at that price, it’s a steal.

Rs.10,000/-? : Yes, it’s worth it. The weight, the feel, the total look of the stylish 4G note makes it stand out. Even if the price would have been higher people would have bought it for its sheer fluid performance and the fantastic battery. The camera is great and the videos look good.

Should you buy it? : IF you can handle BIG, then buy it. If you can’t, then look for other options. I always loved a Phablet so this one has been made for me. I think I made a smart choice by buying this one. Please do reconsider your decision if you are not used to a Large phone. I am not here to sell this phone to anyone so wrote what I felt and experienced over the last few days after using it.

  1. I have been presented this above mentioned 4G and am quite satisfied with it I hope it will work nice as like you, I am also one of those who changes phone only when it dies …. πŸ™‚
My last phone was Motorola something which was lost … so from my side , this one is going to stay πŸ™‚

  2. Sounds (and looks) good. Just received an ASUS Zenfone 6 a few days back (review is coming up soon) so I’m not going for it now, but would recommend it to friends who are looking for phablets in this range.
