In a Grinder mix Tomatoes, coriander, Green chilly, Ginger an Garlic.
Make a paste and keep aside.
Take Oil in a pot. Put the Raw Garam masala.
Cut straight onions and put in the Pot. Add salt and stir till translucent.
Add Peas, potatoes and cauliflower and fry for 3 mins.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and Garam Masala powder. Stir.
Add Black Spice powder and stir well for 2 mins.
Add the Paste from the Grinder and stir well.
Cook for about 2 mins after all the ingredient have mixed well.
Add Rice and mix well. Add 11 cups (1.1 liter) water to the pot and stir well. Cover.
Add Salt and sugar to taste.
Add a spoon or two of ghee on top who are not health conscious.
Cook till the Masala rice is done.
Garnish with raw coriander leaves and serve anytime during the day.
