Smoked and Grilled Chicken Drumsticks.

Wash Chicken Drumsticks and make some deep slashes on them.

Take 250 gms thick curd.

Make a paste of Ginger Garlic (freshly ground)

Add Tandoori masala and red chili powder to it.

Add salt.

Mix this paste well and add some food color (FDA Approved) if you want redness.

Apply this to the Drumsticks and leave 2 hours for marinade.

Grill them in microwave for 10 mins each turning sides for 4 times.

In an non stick pan add one teaspoon of Oil and heat well.

Put the stove off and put all Drumsticks in the hot pan and toss for a minute.

Keep a burning charcoal in a a small bowl inside the pan and cover the lid.

Remove after a minute. The charcoal will give a smoked flavor to the drumsticks.

Serve with Mint chutney or plain. Ideal for starters or with main course.

You can use a Gas Tandoor if you have one..Enjoy the Winters..
