If you don’t like to consume the fruits in their solid forms, it is advised to purchase a best all-around juicer. The vegetables, boiled or cooked, lose the necessary minerals and nutrients. If you are strictly following a vegan diet, that excludes food items procured from animals, like the meat, fish, eggs and dairy products, you must include fresh fruit juices in your diet to get the necessary vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

A tomato or a carrot juice can be great alternatives for evening snacks. It will keep your stomach full and limit the consumption of unnecessary calories. As our digestive system slows down after sunset, it is best to avoid consumption of juices after 6 pm.

Fruits and vegetables contain a high level of vitamins (A, C, D, and K). They also have minerals (iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc, folate etc.). The antioxidants present in the fruits are necessary for sound health and immunity. A glass or two of fresh fruit juice is more beneficial than consuming multivitamins. The juices are easily absorbed and digested by the body.
Fresh fruit and vegetable juices are necessary for children, pregnant women, ailing people recovering from illnesses, athletes and everyone else. Most fruits and vegetables contain sucrose which can have negative effects on patients suffering from diabetes. It is best to avoid sweet fruits like mango, banana, grapes that contain high sucrose in that case. However, the sucrose levels present in fruits are far less as compared with the packaged fruit drinks with artificial sweeteners and high sugar levels.
If you suffer from acidity, heartburn and similar problems, you must avoid citrus fruits. These include lemons and oranges as it might worsen your condition.
You must remember not to intake excessive amount of juices. A moderate consumption of one or two glasses of juice is best for you. Your dietician will be the best person to advise you. He/she can tell which juices are best for you and which ones to avoid.

The antioxidants found in natural fruit juices helps to flush out the harmful toxins accumulated in our body. There are many more benefits that need an entire book to be explained. Thus, drink juices daily and notice the differences in your body leading to better health and wellness.
