In a frying pan, shallow fry some fritters (pakoda)
Mix Gram flowur (Besan) and some cut onions and Cauliflower to make the fritters.
Remember to add some salt and red chili powder to the barter before deep frying.
Try and add some extra spice to the Fritters. Fry and keep aside.
Heat Oil in a separate Pot.
Add Mustard seeds, cumin seeds and Turmeric powder.
Add onions and fry till golden brown.
Add Cauliflower and Potatoes.
Add Salt and red chili powder and stir.
Add some Kitchen king masala for added flavor.
Add some schezwan sauce and stir well.
Cover the pot and leave it to cook on low flame for 15 mins.
Keep stirring every 3 mins and ensure its slightly overcooked.
Once the potatoes go soft, Mix the fritters in the pot and stir well.
Cover and cook or 3 mins and serve hot.
