Poha (Flattened Rice) Recipe

Soak Thick flattened rice in a bowl, remove all water and keep aside.

Take Oil in a Pan.

Heat on medium flame.

Add Curry leaves and Cumin. Stir.

Add Long  Cut Onion and Salt. Stir well till Translucent.

Add Turmeric and Chilies. Stir.

Add the washed Thick Flattened Rice and Stir well.

Add Lemon drops as needed and Garnish with coriander and Grated fresh coconut.

You can add Green peas and Potatoes before adding Poha (Flattened rice) in case you want an twist in taste..:)

cooking time will go up as the finely chopped Potato will need a while to cook.

Serve hot..
