    1. Paatra or Aluwadi as popularly known in Mumbai. tastes best with green chutney or sauce. When you are in Mumbai do try this Alok.. πŸ™‚

  1. Patra – a delicious snack that is actually a dish from Gujarat though it is famous in Mumbai; a city with a large Gujarati population. Let’s not forget that Maharashtra and Gujarat were at one time one state (Bombay) before the partition in the 1950s or 1960s (afraid I can’t recall the exact date)
