Cabernet Sauvignon by Pause wines and ideas- The Honest Reviews continue.

The wine is Cabernet Sauvignon  with an alcohol content of 13% vv. This is produced by Pause Wines and Ideas Pvt Ltd as a Prarthana Group company and is priced at 590/- for a 750ml bottle. It is Full bodied with soft Tannins with Black currant and fruity smell, rich Currant flavor and a deep red color.  Once you sniff it, you can inhale the currants and berries unmistakably in it. It has a deep taste which remains on the tongue for a while even after it has moved down the throat. If you love currants and berries, this is the wine for you. The clarification and stabilization has been done well due to which you get a clear taste. A wine recommended without changes as it seemed to be well researched for a while now. This wine should be consumed at 15-18 degrees for best results. This gives the full taste and aroma as against the chilled one. This can be paired with fatty meat, Tandoori dishes and mild to spicy curries.

As per the American Societies for Experimental Biology, drinking Cabernet Sauvignon helps reduce risk of Alzheimer’s Disease. Moderate consumption of wine, helps heart, skin and eyes too. Always remember to sniff the wine, swirl it and then roll each sip in your mouth before drinking it. Trust me, it adds to the pleasure of drinking wine.
