Yesterday I had given you the recipe for Cottage Cheese Fried Rice. We will look at Babycorn Manchurian Gravy along with it today making it Hot and Sweet..:)
Boil baby corn with water and turmeric powder in a pan.
When cooked, strain water and cut baby corn into pieces.
Powder red chilli, garlic, peppercorns coarsely.
Mix maida, corn flour, chilli powder, salt, baking powder, soya sauce, water in a bowl to a batter.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Dip corns in batter, fry and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add spring onion, capsicum, green chilli, fry for a few minutes and remove pan from stove.
Add honey, fried baby corn, mix well and serve after garnishing with Fresh corriander leaves.
Add Some maida mixed in water to the above to make it with Gravy. Increase salt proportationatly if making Gravy. This is optional. People prefeing Dry manchurian may ignore this entire Line..:)
