My Airtel App

I have been using an Airtel mobile number for almost 8 years now and I must say I have had a fairly good experience on usage, network and payments till I downloaded the Airtel App on my Android some time back. It actually brought a major positive change in my day to day life and today when I think about it I am surprised and that too pleasantly.

It all started when I went in for multiple products of Airtel like the Broadband and it became a pain handling multiple things at a time from office and home computer. Also, there was a security threat always while using desktops at the office so I was a bit worried about these things.

One day I missed my payment for the DTH and that entire day had to spend without watching any entertainment channels at home. I had to take my family out for dinner to make up for their spoilt moods. I decided while paying the bill at the hotel that I would find a solution to my never ending problems soon. As luck would have had I was lucky to find the Airtel App the very next day. I decided to spend a day learning how effective it was and by the end of it had made up my mind that I would install one immediately on my Android.

The most important change which it has brought into my life is the monthly payments made simple. All I have to do is to login to my mobile App and make the DTH and Mobile bill payment in a few minutes. Since these are recurring month on month expenses, it makes life easier to make the payments on my app rather than finding a kiosk and making a cash payment. I can add my family and friends and also buy products. This is something which we had never thought few years back. The App is made to live up to the needs  of a tech savvy person like me at the same time the navigation is so easy that even a new user of android phone could use it with the greatest ease and precision.

With every recharge that I do, I get Airtel Surprise coupons which can be redeemed for Food, shopping, Wellness and entertainment. I can save the most frequent tasks on my home screen as shortcuts under “I want to” Tab. With the PCIDSS certification, I can relax and store my important card details without any doubt for a faster checkout. I can add or remove any of the Airtel services at any point in time without any hassles. I can explore Wynk or Airtel live or the One touch Internet any time on the go. I also get on time Alerts on Low balance, Low data, Bill payments and due dates. I can proudly say that I am very happy using the My Airtel App for the Android.
