We always try different cuisines across India. Malabar Chicken Curry is one such dish which appeals to all non vegetarians. I am sure most of you know the origin of this region and the distinct taste and ingredients used in their cuisine which make it more popular. Let us check out the recipe for Malabar Chicken Curry. Heat oil in a pan. Put mustard seeds. Add cloves and curry leaves.
Add onion and tomato and saute for a few mins.
When the color changes, add ginger and garlic paste and saute, till the raw smell subdues.
Add the chicken pieces along with coriander, chilly, turmeric and garam masala powder.
Mix well and stir for few mins.
Add thin coconut milk.
Add water as required and salt to taste.
