Hey friends, I have been having a lower back pain for last 3 days due to the extra weights I put on in the Gym to do a Hyperextension set.
That day the back had gone for a complete toss, but now I have recovered almost 70%. That was the reason I was not too much in the
kitchen but was with hot water bags. Body building has its own disadvantages if not done with love…the same way as we cook with love
the flavours which come out are un beatable.
Today I am showing a simple recipe of Aaloo Tikki or the Potato Cutlet. One can add his/ her twists as per your taste and wish.
They always come out good.
Run cold water over the bread slice and then squeeze out all the water.
Crumble it and mix it with all the ingredients listed, taste and adjust any seasonings.
Take a small portion and make a ball by rolling it in between your palms, then press it a bit and flatten.
Heat a non-stick pan, add a tbsp oil and place a few balls on the pan.
Press it down with a spatula so that more surface area can get golden brown and crispy.
After a few minutes, gently flip the flattened Ball (tikki) to cook on the other side.
Press a little bit again, add a little more oil if needed and let it cook until golden brown.
Serve hot as it is or with Corriander sauce (chutney).
