Chili Pepper Rice

Ingredients –
250 gm rice
40 gm garlic
75 gm cabbage
50 ml edible oil
15 gm fresh chilli
50 ml spring onion
100 ml vegetable water
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Recipe –
Wash, clean and soak the long-grain rice in cold water for around 20 minutes. Heat some oil in a Bajaj kettle, then add bay leaf and chopped ginger garlic or its paste. Pour the rice in the kettle and sauté for around 2 minutes. Add sliced chilli and vegetable stock or water. Then cover the kettle and cook for 28 minutes. Add chopped Chinese cabbage, spring onion and Season it with salt and pepper according to taste. Garnish the dish with chopped coriander and Chilli Pepper Rice is ready to enjoy.
