One of the simplest recipe of all times. Anyone can make and anytime can be made..:)
Ingredients:
2-3 boiled eggs sliced in 2/4 slices
3 Onions
1 Tomato pureed
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Pinch of curry leaf powder
Oil as per need
Salt as per taste.
Preparation:
Just boil 2-3 eggs and cut open in 2/4 slices as per your like. Sprinkle some salt and red pepper on it if needed (optional) and keep aside.
Take a Pan/Iron tawa if possible and preheat it over high flame for 2 minutes. Add Oil and once the oil is hot enough add the ginger garlic paste. Let the aroma move around for a minute and add diced onions. Reduce flame to low and let the onions turn translucent. Add the tomato puree and stir well. Add some salt, and stir well. then add red pepper and garam masala. Add a pinch of curry leaves powder and stir till the mixture leaves oil. Add the sliced eggs and roll in the mixture. Don’t move too much as the eggs will break. Switch off the stove, remove the eggs and serve hot. Can be eaten with naan, chapati, bread or just like that.. 🙂
