Simple Corn Tomato Salad

This is perhaps the simplest dish possible to be made by anyone at home. It can be consumed with meals or in between meals. Easy to digest, good for health and simple to make.

Ingredients:
Corn
Tomato chopped
Onions chopped
Coriander chopped
Green chili Finely chopped
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Chat masala

Recipe:

Add Boiled water to corns and cover. keep for 15-20 mins and drain the water. In a serving bowl add all the ingredients except the coriander and mix well. Sprinkle coriander once done and serve.
