Make a paste of Ginger, Garlic, Coriander leaves and Green chili.
Marinade 500 Gms Chicken Liver with a paste.
Add a tablespoon of salt and red chili powder and mix well.
Leave for 4 hours for marination.
Boil Soyabean separately for about 3 mins in boiling water and allow to cool.
Separate the stock and soyabean and keep aside.
Make past of onions and Tomatoes separately and keep aside.
Take Oil in a pan. Heat well.
Add Turmeric powder and Cumin seeds.
Add the paste of Onions. Fry well. Add salt.
Add the Marinated Liver to the pan.
You can also use fried Liver pieces in case you don’t want to marinade and cut short the process.
Add Tomato paste.
Add 2 Tablespoon Garam Masala and Stir. You can also use chicken Masala powder.
Finally add the Soyabean and stir fry.
Add one full Lemon to the mix and stir.
Add the stock as per need and make a spicy chicken liver & Soya Masala.
Garnish with some Broccoli and serve piping hot with Indian Bread or Plain rice..:)
