This Recipe is a quick one when you have already bought Dosa Batter and Chutney from the shop.:)
Put a thicker Dosa on a Non-Stick Pan.
Don’t turn side.
Spread some chutney evenly on the uncooked side of the Dosa.
Add some Chili Flakes.
Add some Chat masala on top.
Add salt.
Put another layer of batter on it and cover with a Lid.
Let it cook for a minute and then turn sides.
Allow it to get cooked for another minute or two under covered lid.
Your quick Uthappan Twist is ready.
The two sides of your Uthappam will look like below..
More twists as : Chili Flakes, chutney (Ready made) salt, finely cut olives, some Oregano.
Have something different from the traditional Dosa/Uthappam..
Relish what you eat. 🙂
