Talokar Bakers

A bakery was one unhygienic place some years back, but now of course with changing times and the Culinary arts giving recognition to baking has made it a career option. So here we have Talokar’s Bakery which is the bakery of modern times.

A Small hidden bakery in the Twin towers of Kharghar. The place is too small to be seen as a bakery unless you go there with directions. the bakery keeps all fresh made stuff post 11 am. The place is definitely much hygienic than the local “Paav wala’s” getting their breads from. My only complaint is that the Baker, Pastry chef or the artisan Bread baker are themselves never seen making the delicacies. Its always the workers who are making all the stuff though the shop boasts of the bakers /owners snap in the formal attire. Honest advice to him is to take up Bread making himself at least for some hours of the day so that business increases. I as a food blogger would love to see the craftsman at work rather than seeing the monotonous work done by the unskilled labor. Place is recommended if you are looking for Fresh stuff. The newly launched baked Wada pav is worth trying.
