One of the simplest recipes suggested by Neeta Natu and with a twist from UK’s Kitchen
Ingredients:
Potatoes: 4-6
Ginger – 1 inch long
Garlic – 15-20 cloves
Green chili – 2-3
Hung curd- 2 Tbsp
Coriander – 1/4 cup
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Lime juice – 1 Tbsp
Salt- as per need
Red chili powder- If required
Chaat Masala – for sprinkling
Recipe:
Boil potatoes. Peel and cut in pieces. Keep aside.
Make a coarse paste of Ginger, garlic, green chili, coriander and hung curd. Mix well with the potato cubes and let it marinate for 30-45 minutes. In a pan heat some butter and add the marinade. Add little salt and garam masala and squeeze half a lime. Add some red chili powder for that extra spice. Mix well, cover and cook for 2 minutes and serve hot after sprinkling some chaat masala over it.
