Take Oil in pan and heat well.
Add Mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add cut boiled potatoes and stir well. add 2 slit green chili.
Add lemon juice and chaat masala to get the peppy taste.
Add some semi-crushed ground nuts for the additional flavor.
Garnish with coriander after adding additional salt as per taste if needed.
The quickest dish is ready..:)
