Cut 4 potatos in round slices/thin chips
Heat a pan and put 2 Tablespoon oil.
Add Cumin seeds and turmeric powder once the oil is hot.
Add the potatoes, 1 Tablespoon salt and 1 Teaspoon Red chili powder. Stir well
Add cumin powder and coriander powder, pinch half a Lemon. Stir.
If needed add half cup water, cover the pan with a lid and let cook on low to medium flame for 2 mins.
Serve with chapati. Relish one of the Laziest preparations…:)
