Go Green Paalak- UK’s Kitchen

The most simple way to do this is as follows:

Cut 2 onions finely and keep aside.

Slit two Green chili and keep aside.

Wash and clean entire Paalak and cut as needed.

Take a wok or pan and add 4 tablespoon oil.

Keep on medium flame and add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds.

Once they splutter add onions.

Add salt and 1 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.

Add the washed and cut paalak and cover with a lid.

Cook on low to medium flame for 4 mins.

Remove lid and cook till the water component dries up considerably.

Add it as a side dish when rest of your food is red in color. GO GREEN!!..:)
