Boil chicken boneless separately after adding a tablespoon of salt and vinegar.
Keep aside and make thin shreds for placing on the sandwich.
Cut onion rings, cucumber. Keep dipped in vinegar along with some cut olive rings for 10 mins.
Mix some coriander and mint leaves in a grinder and make a plain chutney.
Half boil cabbage shreds and keep aside.
Apply mustard sauce over a layer of mayonnaise on the brown bread.
You can use some chili sauce too if you like spicy sandwich.
Else apply sandwich spread.
Place the items as you wish.. 🙂
sprinkle a lo of Oregano and Chili flakes along with some salt.
Enjoy a healthy chicken sandwich.
