Soya Paneer Cutlet

 

Cut onion, green chili in fine pieces.

Cook potato, peel skin, mash and set aside.

Boil water in a pan.

Add soya chunks and switch off the stove.

Drain water after 15 minutes and allow soya chunks to cool.

Powder soya chunks. Grate paneer.

Mix soya chunks, paneer, potato, green peas, green chilli and set aside.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Add onion, curry leaves and fry for a few minutes.

Add soya mix, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, salt, fry for a few minutes and switch off the stove.

Mix cornflour, salt, water in a bowl to a batter.

Place the breadcrumbs in a plate.

Take a small portion of soya mix, shape into cutlet, dip in cornflour, roll in breadcrumbs and set aside.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Add the cutlets, fry till golden and serve hot.
