These include but not restricted to Green Cardamom and Citrus fruits.  Since their impact is less, i have not gone and written them separately. however, they fall in the 7 foods that help you quit smoking. Smoking is an urge not a necessity to our body. Hence, you simply need to pacify this urge and that can be easily accomplished if you eat Vitamin C rich foods regularly.

You can also munch on dark chocolate as well. Eating several seeds such as flax seeds which are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids can also help quit smoking. All kinds of berries whether blueberries or raspberries can also aid to quit smoking.

The urge to smoke is strong and if you are really planning to quit smoking then you must have a strong will power to do it. Munching on these foods will help you in your quest to quit smoking but you must have the willpower to keep going forward on this journey. If you feel you have sufficient willpower, quit smoking without any help. When I could kick my habit of 21 years in a day, so can you. It has been 6 years since I quit smoking. I hardly had any withdrawal symptoms and I am pretty happy right now.
